About the project. HEAD — is a mobile app for the mental health of teenagers aged 10–16. Problem: 50% of mental disorders begin before age 14 (WHO), yet 72% of teens don’t talk about their issues with adults. There is no Russian‑language product created specifically for teenagers. What HEAD does: — Breathing and meditation exercises (3–5 minutes) — Mood diary with analytics — Personal AI assistant without judgment — Gamification: streaks, levels, badges — Anonymous support groups — Parent mode Stage: idea, seeking investors and partners to create an MVP.
