This User Agreement (hereinafter – the Agreement) governs the relationship between the owner of startupium.ru (hereinafter – startupium or the Administration) on the one hand and the user of the site on the other. The startupium site is not a mass medium.
By using the site, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, do not use the startupium site!
The Administration grants the user the right to post the following information on the site:
- Text information
- Audio materials
- Video materials
- Photo materials
- Links to materials posted on other sites
The User has the right to:
- search for information on the site
- receive information on the site
- create information for the site
- distribute information on the site
- comment on content posted on the site
- change users' ratings
- copy information to other sites with attribution of the source
- copy information to other sites with the permission of the copyright holder
- use the site's information for personal non-commercial purposes
The Administration has the right to:
- at its own discretion and as needed, create, modify, and cancel the rules
- restrict access to any information on the site
- create, modify, and delete information
- delete accounts
- refuse registration without giving reasons
The User undertakes to:
- ensure the accuracy of the information provided
- ensure that personal data are kept safe from access by third parties
- when copying information from other sources, include within it information about the author
- not distribute information aimed at propaganda of war, incitement of national, racial, or religious hatred and enmity, as well as other information for the distribution of which criminal or administrative liability is provided
- not disrupt the operability of the site
- not create several accounts on the Site if they actually belong to one and the same person
- not perform actions aimed at misleading other Users
- not transfer their account and/or the login and password of their account for use by third parties
- not register an account in the name of or instead of another person, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation
- not post advertising, erotic, pornographic, or offensive materials, as well as other information the posting of which is prohibited or contrary to the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation
- not use scripts (programs) for the automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Site and its Services
The Administration undertakes to:
- maintain the operability of the site, except in cases where this is impossible for reasons beyond the Administration's control.
- carry out comprehensive protection of the User's account
- provide all available information about the User to the duly authorized public authorities in the cases established by law
- the user personally bears full responsibility for the information they distribute
- the administration bears no responsibility for the accuracy of information copied from other sources
- the administration bears no responsibility for any discrepancy between the services expected by the User and the services actually received
- the administration bears no responsibility for services provided by third parties
- in the event of a force majeure situation (hostilities, a state of emergency, a natural disaster, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of the information posted by the User, nor the uninterrupted operation of the information resource
This Agreement enters into force upon any use of this site. The Agreement ceases to be in force upon the appearance of its new version. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally modify this agreement at its own discretion. When the agreement is modified, in some cases, the administration may notify users in a manner convenient to it.
