Smart Storage OS – a digital platform for managing storage facilities About the Project We are building Smart Storage OS – a unified digital platform to automate garage complexes, self‑storage facilities, parking lots, and vehicle storage sites. Our goal is to fully digitize the property‑storage market and provide customers with a modern service on par with car‑sharing or Airbnb. Today, most garage complexes and storage facilities operate on an outdated model: paper contracts, physical keys, manual rent tracking, no online booking and no transparent management system. We want to change that. How It Works A client, via the website or mobile app: chooses a suitable box; pays the rent online; receives digital access; drives onto the premises without staff assistance; opens the gate and the box through the app; manages the rental, access, and additional services. For facility owners the platform provides: box management; payment accounting; access control; occupancy analytics; camera and sensor management; electricity monitoring; management of multiple facilities from a single dashboard. MVP In the first stage we are building: web platform; client portal; admin panel; booking system; payment system; QR access; virtual demo complex for product presentation. Future plans include: license‑plate recognition; mobile app; integration with smart locks; video surveillance; temperature and humidity sensors; electricity accounting; family and temporary access; franchising model; marketplace of free boxes.
